Returns and Shipping
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the day your product arrives. Please check your product on delivery, as this is a strict policy and we cannot process refunds or exchanges past the 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging in the same box. Returns that are damaged, used, sent back with opened packaging, soiled or altered will not be processed.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our rattan products, please keep in mind that there may be slight variations in appearance. This is what gives our products their unique charm & beauty.
RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Shipping costs on orders and replacements are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be for the product only. Returns that are damaged, used, soiled or altered will not be processed.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS.
We ensure to quality check as we pack each item, however, if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with photo's of the product for inspection.
Refunds are only available on damaged or faulty goods when a replacement or exchange is unavailable.
Please read the product description carefully and check whether your item is a pre-order.
All pre-orders are final and non-refundable if you change your mind. Pre Orders are orders placed based on your purchase, and cannot be refunded.
You will be notifed as soon as your Pre Order items arrives and it will be shipped to you within our shipping time frames.
